54 unit adaptive reuse of a motel to create affordable housing targeting households making less than 30% average median income

An ambitious adaptive reuse project in a historically preserved elementary school including affordable housing, subsidized artist housing, office space, as well as a coffeehouse & events space.

Stryant saw an incredible opportunity in a long neglected warehouse space adjacent to the West End Marta Station and adapted this building to create functional and stylish loft office space.

We took a boarded up and blighted old building on a high-traffic corner and created a historically charming and extremely practical retail space where six locally owned small businesses now thrive.

This project rescued an industrial kitchen space in Decatur and transformed it into a small business incubator for mostly minority and women-owned food & drink based businesses.

We built this modern office space behind our old offices in Kirkwood to house Mattress by Appointment in a retail space on the first floor, and Stryant Investments, Stryant Construction, Guardian Brokerage, and S&L Lending on the 2nd floor.
