14,000 sq ft of loft office space

Stryant acquired this long-abandoned, former industrial building in the West End that dates to 1925. We retained the open loft characteristics of the building, restored the windows, upgraded the systems and added amenities. This adaptive reuse project created 14,000 ft of loft office space and activated an unused blighted building near the West End Marta station.
