Stryant partnered with Hodgepodge Coffeehouse owner Krystle Rodrgquez to bring a failed industrial kitchen space in Decatur to life in order to offer mostly minority and woman-owned small food-based startups a space from which to launch their food-based businesses. The project including building out the interior with safe, clean kitchen equipment, providing office, teaching/presentation, and relaxation rooms, and updating the exterior with paint and signage.
